My name is Pooja and although I have several monikers, for all purposes, practical and otherwise, I would appreciate if you just called me Pooja.
If you are looking for technically sound photographs, you won't find them here. I am camera-curious and in love with the world around me. I click pictures the way I see them. People say I have an eye for composition, I agree.
I am a freelance writer and was last employed with the Times of India as a features writer. I continue to contribute articles to a number of print and online publications.
I've spent most of my life in Bombay and recently relocated to Manhattan, New York. The city I love the most though is Ahmedabad, where I completed my Post Graduation in Communications and Entrepreneurship.
I can be very random. Some random facts about me:
- Like most people, I love the rains and maggi. Also, travel and chocolates. Reality tv too.
- I suck at math but I seem to like it nonetheless.
- I have major cravings for stuff like coffee, milk, oats, and bread. Really
- I have a thing for symmetry. I like it.
- I love squirrels. I can watch them for hours on end.
- I hate being disturbed while having my morning cup of coffee.
- I love pebbles, dolphins, the color black, board games and fancy stationery.
- I love miniatures.
- Music is one way to get me out of a temper. Another is comic books.
